review

I must admit to being a little apprehensive about being interviewed on Gaydio. I'm not used to talking into microphones and get sweaty palms at the thought of having to speak in public, so the two things together were a bit daunting!

Lucky for me, then, that it was the Brian Day show that I was on. Brian had me at my ease very quickly - soon having me laughing and enjoying my time as I sat with my headphones on with a beer in my hand on Canal Street.

After the show I popped back to the Gaydio studio in the LGF building (I'm surprised the building's still standing with the weight of all those Gaydio aerials on the roof!), to say hello to Terry and Rowetta who were mid-show, and also caught Danny C working hard putting together the playlist for his show later in the night.

REALManchester is proud to support Gaydio by donating the design, hosting and support for the Gaydio website - where you can read about the presenters, join their mailing list, see the schedule and listen to the show live over the net while it's on air. We're also running a 'listen live' button across our network of UK sites while the show is on air.
