As the UK Pride season draws to a close we could be forgiven for packing away our rainbow flags for a well-earned winter break. But hang on a minute; what’s that popping its proud head above September’s cloudy start? It’s Cardiff Pride and it’s coming at you this weekend.

Rescued from headlines that spoke of cancellation Cardiff Pride is alive and well and happening at Cooper’s Field in Bute Park. And boy do they have a line-up for you with Sonia, Liz McClarnon, Scott Mills and Philip Olivier headlining the Main Stage. Add a dance arena, cabaret marquee, men only zone, women’s area, fun fair and village market and you have many reasons to head down to Wales this weekend. And with numerous after hours events as well as the Pulse Street party, September the 6th looks like being a joyous end to a Pride season we can all be proud of.

The Coopers Field event at Bute Park was to have taken place on Saturday 6th September between 1pm & 9pm, but has now been cancelled due to bad weather.
