George House Trust
The George House Trust is an HIV voluntary organisation offering support for people living with, and affected by, HIV in the Northwest and campaigning for the best quality of life for all people living with HIV. Their 'still live with HIV' message is at the centre of the organisation's philosophy, seeking to empower people living with HIV to lead a full life. All people with HIV are different and George House Trust offer a range of services to meet the diverse needs of people with HIV.

 Blackpool Pride
Blackpool's Pride weekend has been steadily growing over the last few years and now has full backing by the Blackpool Council who have awarded funding to the tune of £5000.
The event features a colourful parade, main stage featuring both local and national names in the entertainment business, a dance event on the North Pier, a market place and women's space. There's also Mr Pride Bear competition, funfair, food court and amusements.
